...where doing meets being
... where ambition meets passion
... where your intuition comes alive
where you're perfectly, powerfully, you!
If you are like many creative achievers, you have had frequent successes in life. You are independent and responsible, you've taken on big challenges, accomplished big goals, and you look great on paper. Yet your accomplishments don't feel as sweet as you thought they would.
Perhaps you started out thinking you were a unique individual who walked your own path in life - maybe a little off-center. You intended to do it all, have it all, and make a difference. Then "life" happened and somewhere along the way you began to color inside the lines, and even play by the "rules." You know you want to break free, but you're not sure where to begin.
Why is it so tough? Because what you have been doing has been working to get ahead in life! Given all you have going for you, it is hard to admit that things don't feel quite right on the inside - you should be grateful for all that you have! What would people think if they knew you weren't happy?
I, too, spent years doing everything just right to "succeed" in life. I got the best degree, the best job, the quick promotion. I jumped into grad school. I ran a marathon. I raised money for charity. I renovated a house. I was going, doing, and accomplishing, yet I was unfulfilled. I was constantly striving for something more in the future, I was not present to what I had, and I could never relax. The more I tried harder to find "it," the more frustrated and boxed in I felt.
What I discovered was that I had been working hard to "succeed" in life by other people's definition, to prove that I was "OK." I was so far from being free that it took me years to release myself from my self-imposed prison of "shoulds." One by one, however, I dismantled the subconscious rules by which I had been living (You must work hard. It doesn't matter what you want. Etc.). I created new "rules" that empowered and inspired me.
And I can save you years of painful self-discovery and quiet visits to the self-help aisle!
Imagine what it would be like to be:
When you rewrite your "rules" to ones that serve you, you begin to live the life that is right - for you. I call this "living your Sweet Spot." In this spot, you let go of beliefs that limit you, you stop "clinging to the edges" with old ways of being that no longer serve you, and you rest dead center in your personal place of maximum power and impact. When you live your Sweet Spot, you experience being free to be you, in all areas of your life, in your full greatness.
You have everything you need to rewrite your rules - because you have your SELF. I will guide you gracefully through the process of discovering which views of life may be holding you back from full freedom, clarity, passion, and peace. We will, together, remove any doubt, fear, or worry which may be keeping them in place, and release them. You are then so FREE that the new "rules," or life views, which are your TRUTH, will flow from you, and begin expressing themselves in your life, with ease.
Here's how:
The Hidden Commitment Behind False Modesty
Do you value being modest? I seem to be encountering both men and women lately who have a thing for being humble. Some are leaders within their organizations who see humility, or even self-deprecation, as a means to getting respect from their teams by putting them on the same level. Others are entrepreneurs who don't want to over "oversell" themselves or toot their own horn.
Two Signals False Modesty is Impacting Your ...

First, The Art of Happiness is a fantastic book (by Zander). Every time I pick it up to read even a little bit, I am reminded of the princlples I have used during my journey to the Sweet Spot ...
Before working with Darla, I knew I had issues to resolve. I wasn't moving forward in my business- and I had become stagnant. I decided to work with her because I felt we were on the same wave length- Intuitively I knew it was a good match. After just the first session I felt great! I felt she could teach me and guide me into bringing in business directed to the right clientele for me, achieving the business I know I have been put here to have. I started seeing results after the second session. Darla's uniqueness is the ability to listen and then zero in on what issue you are going through- And then gently move you out of your comfort zone to address it and change it
