If your score was:
76-100: Dead Center!
You are using your unique gifts and talents and are
generally passionate about life. You define your own success and
enjoy making it happen, without the need to satisfy your ego. You
are peaceful and content, and if something happens to throw you off
from that, you don't stay there long, quickly returning to
center. You feel as if you can be fully yourself without
worrying about what people thinking of you. You likely have
strong relationships, feel connected to community, and are actively
making a difference for others, likely in your work and personal
life. When people compliment you, you likely accept it with
grace. Congrats! Working with a coach would help you to
get back to center faster, or help you identify your next big
contribution.
51-75: On the Edge
You enjoy your life and work and feel primarily peaceful,
content, and successful. You motivate yourself easily to take
action toward your goals, though it may sometimes be more difficult
than it needs to be to bring them to fruition. You are mostly
focused, but can get distracted by new ideas and even by what other
people think of your ideas. There is a nagging sense that there
could be something more. You enjoy your relationships and
contribute to others. You may sometimes question whether
people really understand you, but you love and accept them
anyway. You do feel as if you are making a difference, but
from time to time you question what it is all for. You may
dismiss compliments, thinking, "that was nothing." Working
with a coach can keep you focused and internally motivated, help
you discern how to put your unique skills and talents to use in a
way that is natural and easy, and brings big rewards. You
could be a bit more peaceful and able to have fun, and more present
to the difference you make.
26-50: Just a Bit Outside
You may have great successes in life, but you likely
don't allow yourself to experience them. You are sometimes
frustrated, feeling as if people don't quite "get" you or your
ideas, and this causes you to be disconnected from people and
disenchanted with your work. You may have even learned to
keep your ideas to yourself. You probably question if you are in
the right field or even if there could be a right field for
you. But you keep trying - you know there is no sense in
"rolling over." It as if you can see that something exists
that you are meant to be, do, or have but you can't quite get
there. You are fairly heavily influenced by the opinions of
others, especially those you consider "experts," and would never
consider making a decision that flies in the face of what others
think. Working with a coach would help to identify and own your
unique gifts, talents and passions and take strategic action to
create a life which uses them. You would also discover
fulfilling and supportive relationships at a level you never
thought possible.
0-25: Out of Range
You feel stuck and don't quite know what to do about
it. You may feel alone, even when you're with people.
You have tried different approaches and tactics to feel better
about life, but each one just makes you more convinced that it is
not possible. Coaching for you would mean honing in on the
core of your interpretations of, and beliefs and assumptions about,
life that are creating your current experience. You would
first work to get a clear picture of what the Sweet Spot might look
like to you, and by creating this initial awareness, you will start
to notice opportunities that never showed up before. You will
become free to create a life of increased balance, connection,
passion, and contentment. It will require a clear commitment
to living the Sweet Spot life in order to make it happen, but once
the commitment is there, the actual process is simple.
